How to Order:
- Place your order and include the names, date and/or surname you would like engraved.
- Once I receive your set, we will prepare a sketch and send it to you for approval before engraving to ensure you're completely happy with the design.
- Your engraved set will be shipped within 14 days of your approval.
- If you need to fast paced this, please let me know prior to placing an order as an extra charge may apply, and you can also choose Express shipping for the delivery.

Please allow 5–10 business days for production before your order is dispatched.

Returns & Refunds
As each set is personalised specifically for your order, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind or incorrect personalisation supplied at checkout.
Please carefully review all engraving details before placing your order, as your glasses will be engraved exactly as submitted.
If your order arrives damaged or there is an error with your engraving, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
